To hop straight to the point an answer to your most immediate question: No, I'm afraid it's out of print, and quite impossible to find.
The CD was pressed for British Distribution only for a very limited time, but it included the marvelous compositions by Anne Dudley and great performances of period tunes by some fine musicians. Since you are in all likelyhood going to be unable to find the CD, I've gone to great lengths to present here the music and packaging for you to enjoy.
